The Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival has now expanded to include an ‘Arts & Culture Arts Market’.  This festival’s mission is to bring people together to enjoy one of Louisiana’s ionic cuisines, Red Beans & Rice.  Plus showcase live music performances that showcase the diversity of Southern music traditions.  The ‘Arts & Culture Arts Market’ will be positioned in the Galvez & Davis Rhorer Plaza in Downtown, Baton Rouge.  The festival’s ‘Arts & Culture Arts Market’ will be held on Saturday (3/21) and Sunday (3/22).
