Rooted in the enduring strength and vitality of Black artistic voices.  The exhibition sets to explore how artists transform their personal experiences and cultural relevance into works that challenge injustice, inspire dialogue, and imagine more equitable futures.  We seek artwork that reflects courage, innovation, identity, joy, resistance, healing, and the profound ways creativity shapes communities around the world.

We’re looking for artists who have a unique creative process and/or technique they’re excited to share with other curious creatives.  From painting and drawing to collage, mixed media, printmaking, sculpture, fiber arts, or experimental techniques, we want to host your next artsy workshop.  You bring the creative idea.  We provide the platform to help bring the experience to life.  Submit your workshop idea to us and tell us what you’d love to create, teach, and/or experience with a room full of curious creatives.

The Louisiana Art & Science Museum (LASM) has revitalized their student art program into what is now known as, the STEAM Art Gallery. In conjunction with ELLEmnop.Art, the program will serve as an opportunity to highlight and showcase the artwork of students who excel in visual arts throughout the East Baton Rouge Parish and surrounding area’s school system.

A space where artists can express their creativity, meet community art lovers, host artsy experiences, and sell their art. Whether you are a hobbyist wanting to become comfortable showing your art, an emerging or a distinguished artist needing to offload artwork to make room in your studio – the Coffee House Gallery welcomes your creativity.
