The Mental Health Gallery, established in 2022, is a collaborative initiative curated by ELLEmnop and The Stitches Group.  The exhibition experiences brings together diverse forms of expressive creativity including visual, musical, performance, and literary art to encourage artists to express the inward challenges of life.

We aim to create a powerful platform for individuals to externalize the internal challenges of life.  Through this collaboration, the gallery aims to highlight and elevate local talent while introducing the community to meaningful conversations surrounding mental health; free from the stigma that too often silences it. Each exhibition serves as both expression and invitation: a call to reflect, connect, and heal.
