Kayla Rose is a creatologist (creative sociologist) whose work bridges creativity and community through experiential design, photography, and cultural storytelling. Her practice is rooted in the study of identity: how we define ourselves through style, human connection, history, and shared spaces. She observes culture as both researcher and participant, translating lived experiences into immersive environments, campaigns, and visual narratives that feel both intimate and collective. Approaching each creative collaboration as research, Rose absorbs the truths of people, places, and memory—allowing them to shape her creative direction and inform the experiences she builds. Her multidisciplinary background spans photography, experiential design, creative direction, campaign management, strategy, various art mediums, and style. As Co-Founder of 2WO Unit and The Pearl, she bridges scarcity and opportunity by building accessible creative infrastructure in the 22504, but expands reach throughout the Gulf South. Through this work, she merges her passions—cultivating resources, strengthening creative foundations, and designing spaces where artists can connect, evolve, and expand what feels possible. As a creatologist, Kayla studies the ecosystem of creativity itself that inform how ideas are born, nurtured, and sustained within her community and beyond. The mission is to create timeless, emotionally resonant experiences that honor individuality while amplifying the collective voice.
