The Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival’s mission is to bring people together to enjoy one of Louisiana’s ionic cuisines.  Plus experience live music performances that showcase the diversity of Southern music traditions, and importance of preserving and celebrating these cultural aspects for future generations.  Events during this festival will take place all over Downtown.
