Description
All vendors must have a 10 x 10 tent, tent weights are not required but strongly encouraged.
All vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Vendor tent space can not be shared amongst vendors.
Vendors can only setup under their tent.
Vendors are responsible for their own sells. Please bring CC terminals, 3rd Party Payment Processing apps, etc. Also, bring appropriate amount of change for cash sells.
Electricity will not be provided.
Sole Lab and Hip Hop Festival is Sunday, June 4th from 3pm – 7pm.
Early arrival to setup is encouraged. Vendor setup time is 12:00pm – 1:30pm. ALL vendors must be setup and ready to sell by 2:00pm.
Vendors assigned location will be submitted one (1) week before the date of the event.
Vendor’s setup must remain in place until 7pm.
Payment must be processed by 05/25/2023.
