Description
All visual artists will be positioned underneath a 16″ overhang, tents are not required or permitted for visual artists.
Visual Artists must provide their own table and chairs. Only, one, 6″ or 8″ table is allowed per artist. Artists can not share vendor space with another artist.
Visual Artists can setup on their respective table, directly in front and behind their table setup.
Visual Artists are responsible for their own sells. Please bring CC terminals, 3rd Party Payment Processing apps, etc. Also, bring appropriate amount of change for cash sells.
Electricity will not be provided.
Sole Lab and Hip Hop Festival is Sunday, June 4th from 3pm – 7pm.
Early arrival to setup is encouraged. Visual Artists setup time is 12:00pm – 1:30pm. ALL visual artists must be setup and ready to sell by 2:00pm.
Visual Artist’s assigned location will be submitted one (1) week before the date of the event.
